Terms of Service

The following Terms of Service refers to mobile applications published as "Temporary Email Pro" on iOS App Store and "Instant Mail" on Google Play Store, hereinafter referred to as "the apps". iOS App Store: id1596247851 and Google Play Store: com.temporary.email.pro

By using this service, you agree to the following terms. The apps make no warranty of reliability or suitability for any purpose. Its availability or existence may be removed at any time by its owners. Any email sent through the apps may or may not be available for viewing, may be altered, and is immediately viewable by ANY user of the system. You agree to only access the apps data through the apps website or app interface. 

The apps functionality is free, but some access for some features may be limited to Premium accounts only (after payment or trial). 

You agree to not use the apps directly or indirectly for any unlawful purpose. You agree that any email you send to the apps or emails you induce other sites/persons to send will become public domain once in the apps system with no expectation of privacy for email content.

You agree not to use the public apps system to receive, store, or view emails containing private or confidential information. You understand that the apps have no control over material put into mailboxes. 

You agree to hold the apps harmless from any damages caused by loss of emails, content within emails, damage to your computer (or innocence) from viewing emails, direct or indirect use of this system.

You agree that you cannot send email using the apps, only receive. Moreover, the Free service handling a couple millions emails per hour. Therefore, you agree that emails can be stored up to 1-2 hours and the domains may be the subject for change. You agree, not use temporary emails for registering important accounts or receiving sensitive data. The apps will have no ability to restore emails or domains once removed. 

You agree, that when you apply to premium or trial, the free version of the app, including emails and email addresses, will be deleted without the ability to recover it. 

You agree that the apps use for authorization and payments Google Play or/and Apple Store (iTunes) services and have no ability to provide cross-device experience when you reinstall the app or/and change devices. As well, the apps can't perform cross-device emails synchronization, emails and email addresses backups. The apps with Premium are still temporary disposable emails apps and not traditional fully-functional email software. 

 

With Free version of the apps, you can:  

  • Generate a new email address instantly   
  • Copy to clipboard or using QR-code 
  • Receive emails and attachments automatically
  • Get push notification of new emails
  • Read incoming emails, including attachments
  • Quickly delete and/or generate new email addresses

 

With Premium version of the apps, you can get extra features, including: 

  • Custom email names - you will be able to choose NAME and select any domain from our premium domains list.

  • Multiple mailboxes - access to up to 10 mailboxes at the same time. You will be able to switch between them or delete them as you wish.

  • In-app emails view - read all the emails inside the app (without visiting the website in browser-mode or viewing video ads)

  • Premium domains - we maintain special list on domains for premium users, which is not-blacklisted and checked for quality every day.

  • Extended email storage - in comparison to free version, when we store emails for 2 hours only, in premium - your emails stored for 1 month.

  • Premium support - faster support for our users with dedicated team.

  • No ads - premium version is 100% ads-free 

  

Subscription pricing and terms

Premium allowing to unlock additional features and billed as an auto-renewing subscription with following prices:

  • Yearly: $99.99 
  • Monthly: $6.99

Prices are in U.S. dollars, may vary in countries other than the U.S. and are subject to change without notice. Exact price in specific country available in the app and may be observed prior subscription will be made. The free trial available for 3 days, then paid Monthly subscription will be activated. You may cancel trial subscription anytime within 3 days period without being charged.  

Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes / Google play Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

 

Premium via Apple iTunes 

If you choose to purchase Premium, payment will be charged to your iTunes account, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Auto-renewal may be turned off at any time by going to your settings in the iTunes Store after purchase. Premium subscription prices can depend on user country, you can see exact terms and prices clearly on purchase screen. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. 

 

Premium via Google Play 

If you choose to purchase Premium, payment will be charged to your Google Play account, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Auto-renewal may be turned off at any time by going to your settings in the Google Play after purchase. Premium subscription prices can depend on user country, you can see exact terms and prices clearly on purchase screen. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. 

 

Changes to Price Terms for Subscriptions

The apps reserve the right to change its pricing terms for Subscriptions at any time and the apps will notify you in advance of such changes becoming effective. Changes to the pricing terms will not apply retroactively and will only apply for Subscription renewals after such changed pricing terms have been communicated to you. If you do not agree with the changes to the apps pricing terms then you may choose not to renew your Subscription in accordance with the section "Subscriptions Automatically Renew Until You Cancel & How to Cancel Your Subscription."

 

Cancelling subscriptions or turning off auto-renewal

User can cancel subscription's auto-renewal at any time by following the steps below, and will continue to have access to the premium content until the subscription's expiration date.

 

Future Functionality

You agree that your purchases are not contingent on the delivery of any future functionality or features, or dependent on any oral or written public comments made by the apps regarding future functionality or features.

 

Warranty Disclaimers

The Services provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We make no warranty that the Services or Products will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. We make no warranty regarding the presence of specific domain names or addresses in the service, as well as the email storage of already arrived emails. 

 

Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless the apps and its officers, directors, employee and agents, from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services or your violation of these Terms.

 

Your Consent

By using our apps, you consent to the apps Terms of Service and Privacy policy.

 

Changes to our Terms of Service

If we decide to change our Terms of Service, we will post those changes on this page.
